Shipping Options & Rates

For delivery to Singapore addresses, we offer standard shipping at S$10 where your order(s) will be delivered within 1 - 3 business days.

We do not ship to multiple addresses for one order.

We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.

We are currently only able to ship Club21Global.com purchases to the following Singapore Club 21 Stores.

Please make sure you choose Singapore as your ship to country and at checkout you will be able to choose your collection store.

For non-Singapore orders to comply with customs clearing regulations, we will ship your order to a designated personal address. We are unable to ship your order to a Club 21 store at this time.

Club 21 uses UrbanFox for Singapore customers and DHL for international customers. For your protection, a personal signature is required for all shipments.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid):

We limit shipping to the addresses in the country you selected when you entered the website. For example, if you wish to ship to Singapore, select Singapore as your country from the navigation at the top of the page.

If you change your country selection while shopping, the contents of your shopping bag will not carry forward to the new country. You will need to re-select the items you wish to purchase for shipment to the new country selected. Please note that not all merchandise is available for shipment to all countries.

INSURANCE

Club 21 insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a personal signature for all shipments, at which point responsibility for your purchase passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then the recipient’s signature will be accepted by Club 21 as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order, as well as the transfer of responsibility.

PACKAGING

Your items will be shipped in our Club21 Signature Packaging or the Brand Packaging. During sale periods your items will be shipped in our Club21 sale bags.
